Hi, I’m Shilpa!

I want to share a bit about my journey. 15 years ago, I started by baking only dry cakes, which I learnt in Jaipur City. I used to take classes in our village, but frequent power cuts made it difficult. That’s when I taught myself to bake in a cooker and a baati oven.

That experience pushed me to start teaching others, and it went really well. For 10 years, I focused on dry cakes.

In the last 5 years, I moved into decorated cakes with cream and fondant. Every day brings new challenges from customers and new targets, but I love it. When work becomes passion, you never feel like you’re working. 

I LOVE BAKING and it’s my passion. I LOVE taking on CHALLENGES.

None of this would be possible without my husband, Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal. His support made my dream come true.

On this blog, I’ll share eggless, vegan, and whole wheat cake recipes that my family loves. All recipes are tested and made to work in a home kitchen.

This blog is for pure vegetarians and Jains who love eggless baking.

I started this blog because I found it hard to find tasty, tested vegetarian dessert recipes in one place. Every recipe here is tried in my home kitchen and approved by my family.
