Gluten Free Eggless Coconut Ragi Cookies
Hi, this time again a challenge to me to make a Gluten Free Eggless Coconut Ragi Cookies. My 5year old son he don't like coconut, many times I tried him to feed in all forms of food, but he don't even touch, make many if's and but's, different types of facial expressions. You know what happened when I prepared this Eggless Chocolate Ragi Cookies............. MAMMA MORE I WANT, IT'S YUMMY, VERY TASTY, CRISPY, I WANT MORE, I WANT MORE. So dear friends this is good option for our kids to give Ragi(Millet) and coconut combination. What do you think? Health wise it's good, no Baking powder, no Baking soda, not all purpose flour.
