Eggless Hydrabadi Chand Cookies

The famous Hyderabadi Chand cookies are a popular tea time snack eaten with tea. Ingredients Milk powder...........  10 g Baking powder  pinch All purpose flour............ 200 g Salt - pinch Sugar Powder................75 g Butter...................125 g Vanilla essence.......... 1/2 tsp Method Sieve,  all purpose flour,  salt,  Baking powder  and milk powder.  Mix well and keep a side. Take a bowl add butter, sugar powder and vanilla essence, cream it. Add all purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder,  crumble this and mix it well like a dough. Take rolling pin roll them like a thin sheet and cut them into chand (crescent) shape using a round cuter and transfer into greased baking tray and bake them into 160°c for 12 to 15 minutes from down until it has come light golden in color.
