Assorted with Rabdi Kulfi

   Mango, strawberry and pistachios mixed with rabdi separately and set into kulfis. Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes   Preparation Time  10 to 15 mins   Ingredients• Rabdi       1 1/2 cups •Mango pulp      2 tablespoons •Strawberry crush    2 tablespoons •Pistachios, chopped     2 tablespoons •Saffron (kesar)      a few strands •Milk     2 tablespoons •Milk powder       6 tablespoons Method Place the mango pulp, strawberry crush and pistachios in 3 separate bowls.  Mix saffron and milk in a small bowl and keep in the microwave oven to melt. Add it pistachios and mix. Add ½ cup rabdi to each bowl and mix. Add 2 tbsps milk powder to each bowl and mix well.  Pour each mixture into separate chocolate moulds. Care and Storage of Tips (Nozzles)

To keep tips in perfect decorating condition, wash after each use in hot, soapy water. Rinse in hot, clear water. If bits of icing clog the opening, gently use a tip brush to clean icing away. Air dry, or if using immediately, dry with a soft towel.
