Chocolate Buttercream Icing

Possibly the easiest and the most delicious form of icing is Butter Icing. Chocolate adds flavour and is no wonder a popular choice for basic cakes!   Ingredients 100 gms icing sugar 1 tsp cocoa powder 3/4 tbsp chocolate powder 50 gms butter or margarine a few drops vanilla essence Method Sieve the icing sugar and cocoa powder and chocolate powder together and keep aside. In a bowl, cream the soft butter or margarine using a wooden spoon till it is light and smooth. Gradually, add the sieved icing sugar mixture and cream till all the icing sugar is added.Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Vanilla Icecream with Chocolate sauce

Ingredients 1/2 cup    sugar 1/4 cup     water 2 tbsp        cocoa powder 1/4 tsp       Vanilla essence Method Mix all this in small bowl and bring it one boil. Serve with hot sauce.

Black Grapes (Blackcurrent) Icecream

Ingredients 1/2 lits         full cream milk 1 1/2 tbs      GMS powder 1/8 tsp         CMC powder 1 1/2 tbs      cornflour 6 tbsp          Sugar 1/4 cup        milkpowder 3 tbsp     sugar 1/2 kg     black grapes crushed Directions For base Bring Milk to room temp.Add sugar, GMS, cournflour, CMC to milk bring it slowly to boil.Keep stirring. Take off from heat after 5 minuts.Once the mixture cools down, freeze it in freezer for 5 to 6 hours. For flavors : When the base is ready, cut small small pieces now  add milk powder and cushed black grapes  to it and whip it till it mixes well. You have to use electric beater.(we can use any flavour in place of vanilla such as BUTTER SCOTCH ,STRABERRY etc). Set this mixture again in freezer in icecream cups. After 1 or 2  hours a s...

Whipped Cream

Description Unbeaten whipped cream is a thick, creamy semi-solid, which is best used when in a semi-frozen state. The more chilled it is, the better it is to work with. An electric beater is used to whip it into soft, fluffy peaks. This cream can then be used during the making and finishing of bakery and confectionery products. Unbeaten whipped cream when whipped yields twice the amount, for example, 1 1/4 cups of unbeaten whipped cream would give you 2 cups of whipped cream. So please use accordingly. How to Select • Unbeaten whipped cream is sold in packets, pouches and in tetra packs of varying sizes. • Make sure the pack is not puffed on either side. • The expiry dates on these products are very important.
