Eggless Gingernuts Cookies

Ingredients for Ginger Nuts Biscuits Maida - 1.5 cup (150 grams) Brown sugar - ½ cup (100 grams) Butter - ¼ cup (50 grams) Golden syrup - 2 tbsp Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp Ginger powder - 1 tsp Baking powder - ½ tsp Baking soda - ¼ tsp Clove - 4 Green cardamom - 4 Nutmeg - 2 pinch How to make Gingernuts Cookies Take melted butter in any big utensil. Add golden syrup and brown sugar in melted butter and mix nicely it becomes puffy. Add baking powder, baking soda and ginger paste in maida and strain it with sieve twice. Take clove, nutmeg and peeled cardamom and make powder. Add maida mixture and powder spices in butter-sugar mixture and mix well. Knead it hard dough. If the dough appears to be dry add 2-3 tsp milk and knead hard dough. Dough for making ginger nuts is ready Grease baking tray with butter. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
