Eggless Whole Wheat Choco Chip Cookies
Soft, chewy cookies with whole wheat flour. No eggs, no maida. Ready in 30 mins!

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup all purpose flour - optional, for softer texture
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line baking tray with parchment.
- Mix dry: In a bowl, whisk whole wheat flour + baking soda + 1 tsp sugar.
- Mix wet: Melt butter. Add remaining sugar + vanilla + buttermilk. Whisk smooth.
- Combine: Pour wet into dry. Fold gently. Don’t overmix.
- Add chocolate chips. Dough will be slightly sticky - that’s ok.
- Scoop 1 tbsp dough on tray, 2-inch gap. Bake 12-15 mins till edges golden.
- Cool 10 mins on tray. They harden as they cool. Store airtight 7 days.
Note: Don’t overbake or cookies will turn hard. Store in airtight box 7 days.
