I used to take classes in our village, but frequent power cuts made it difficult. That’s when I taught myself to bake in a cooker and a baati oven. They’re also great for kids’ tiffin since they have no maida and much less sugar than store-bought cookies. Crisp, healthy, and ready in 30 mins. Ingredients Whole wheat flour/Atta - 1 1/4 cups Salted butter, room temp - 1/2 cup Icing sugar - 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2 to 1/4 tsp Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Milk - 1 1/2 Tbsp Instructions Dry mix: Whisk atta, cinnamon powder + nutmeg powder.
