Eggless Saffron Cookies


Hi,  today something different Cookies,  nice aroma of Saffron and cardamom is tempting to have all the Cookies,  unable to control to keep it aside my son he loved very much,  the butterfly shape he only told me to Bake for him.  He wants butterfly shaped Cookies. 



Ingredients 


Cardamom powder.......... 1/2 tsp
Milk powder........... 10 g
Custard powder............ 10 g
All purpose flour.......... 200 g
Milk............. 20 ml
Icing Sugar................. 80 g
Butter................. 120 g
Baking powder............ 1/4 tsp
Saffron................ 1/2 g
Milk............. 1/2 cup.

Method


  • Take a bowl add butter, icing sugar mix it well add milk mix it.
  • Take another bowl sieve all purpose flour, custard powder, milk powder, cardamom powder, baking powder mix all of these.
  • In butter and sugar powder add all purpose flour mixture and mix it well like a dough.
  • Roll the dough into a thin sheet Cut them into any shape and arrange the biscuits in the tray.
  • Pour the saffron mixture on top of this,  and Bake them at 160°c for 22 minutes.
  • After baked Cookies cool completely and store it in a airtight container.
  • Nice aroma of Saffron  is tempting to have all the Cookies.
