About Me
Hi, I’m Shilpa! I want to share a bit about my journey. 15 years ago, I started by baking only dry cakes, which I learnt in Jaipur City. I used to take classes in our village, but frequent power cuts made it difficult. That’s when I taught myself to bake in a cooker and a baati oven. That experience pushed me to start teaching others, and it went really well. For 10 years, I focused on dry cakes. In the last 5 years, I moved into decorated cakes with cream and fondant. Every day brings new challenges from customers and new targets, but I love it. When work becomes passion, you never feel like you’re working. I LOVE BAKING and it’s my passion. I LOVE taking on CHALLENGES. None of this would be possible without my husband, Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal. His support made my dream come true. I love you, Pankaj. Thank you for always standing by me.
