Perfect for Diwali, teatime or kids tiffin. Stays fresh 2 weeks in airtight box. Prep Time: 15 mins | Bake Time: 25 mins Ingredients: Refined Flour / Maida 2 cups Gram Flour / Besan 3 tbsp Ghee 1 cup Powdered Sugar 1 cup Baking Powder 1 tsp Sooji / Semolina 1/2 tsp Elaichi / Cardamom, crushed 7 to 8 Method: Cream together ghee and sugar in food processor till light & fluffy. Sieve together refined flour, gram flour, and baking powder. Add Elaichi powder, sooji and mix. Add flour mixture to ghee-sugar mixture and cream again.
