Add Color or Flavor to Fondant

Tint a small ball or enough fondant to cover a whole cake. As with any icing, tint colors at one time; matching colors later may be difficult. Add just a little of the concentrated icing color at a time, until you arrive at the exact shade you want.  If you'd rather not mix color yourself, use pre-tinted fondant in a variety of pastel, primary, neon and natural shades. Any type of flavoring can be used — regular food flavors (vanilla, almond, etc.) or candy flavorings. Candy flavorings are very concentrated and should only be added by drops. Flavor the fondant lightly so it does not detract from the flavor of the cake. Steps: step 1 : add dots of color Roll fondant into a ball, kneading until it's soft and pliable. Cocolate Icecream

Ingredients 1/2 lits         full cream milk 1 1/2 tbs      GMS powder 1/8 tsp         CMC powder 1 1/2 tbs      cornflour 6 tbsp          Sugar 1/4 cup        milkpowder 1 tbsp         cocoa powder 1 tbsp        drinking chocolate powder 1/4 tsp       chocolate essence Directions For base Bring Milk to room temp.Add sugar, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate powder, GMS, cournflour, CMC to milk bring it slowly to boil.Keep stirring. Take off from heat after 5 minuts.Once the mixture cools down, freeze it in freezer for 5 to 6 hours. For flavors : When the base is ready, cut small small pieces now  add milk powder and chocolate essence to it and whip it till it mixes well. ButterScotch Icecream

Ingredients 1/2 lits         full cream milk 1 1/2 tbs      GMS powder 1/8 tsp         CMC powder 1 1/2 tbs      cornflour 6 tbsp          Sugar 1/4 cup        milkpowder 1/4 tsp         Butterscotch  essence 1/8 cup     butterscotch Caramel Little yellow colour Directions For base Bring Milk to room temp.Add sugar, GMS, cournflour, CMC to milk bring it slowly to boil. Keep stirring.Take off from heat after 5 minuts.Once the mixture cools down, freeze it in freezer for 5 to 6 hours. For flavors : When the base is ready, cut small small pieces now  add milk powder, yellow colour and butterscotch  essence to it and whip it till it mixes well. Icecream is usually hard to make but using this method you can get pretty good smooth icecream right in your freezer. Ingredients 1/2 lits         full cream milk 1 1/2 tbs      GMS powder 1/8 tsp         CMC powder 1 1/2 tbs      cornflour 6 tbsp          Sugar 1/4 cup        milkpowder 1/4 tsp         Vanilla essence Directions For base Bring Milk to room temp. Add sugar, GMS, cournflour, CMC to milk bring it slowly to boil. Keep stirring.Take off from heat after 5 minuts. Once the mixture cools down, freeze it in freezer for 5 to 6 hours. Hi,  80% people doesn't know how Bake Cake in a proper way.  Just they do it,  and it doesn't go well.  They even don't know the equipment where to use n how to use,  and Many says just like that " yes I know well Base cake,  mine it goes well,  BUT it doesn't come spongy ".  Now what you say friends with these words.  So friends here some pics and detail I have written please check,  I hope this page will be useful.  Still if anyone haviing doubt on anythng can clarify  with me,  can leave the message,  I will sort out.   Turntable Turntables make frosting and decorating a ccake easier.
