Eggless Chiffon Cake in Cooker


Preheat........150 c for 20 mins,        Bake Time ...... 180 c gor 40 to 45 mins.



Ingredients



Maida (all purpose flour)          2 cups
Sugar           1 cup
Malaee or Cream        1 cup
Milk           1 cup
Baking Powder      1 tsp
Baking Soda           1/8 tsp
Vanilla essence 8 to 10 drops

Method



Prepare the cake tin, grease the tin with butter, and dust with maida(all purpose flour) , remove excess flour from tin.

Pour the salt in base of cooker, coz this will maintain equal temperature to Bake and flame should be low, cover the lid without whistle, so it will preheatp Till then you can prepare your battery.

In mixi jar add sugar and malaee or cream all together and blend it until it becomes creamy.

Pour it in a bowl now add milk mix well. 

Now add vanilla essence, baking powder, baking soda mix well.

Now sieve the flour and mix well. Don't mix too much coz the batter will become heavy and baking powder and baking soda will not activate and cakecwill not come pluffy

maida mixture  and beat it slowly to become creamy form.
Dont beat too much otherwise batter will not come sponge.

Finally pour the batter in a prepared baked tin.

Put the tin in the preheated cooker for 30 to 35 mins or until it bakes completely.  You can extend more time if it is not baked.
