I Shilpa Khandelwal, I am an Enterpreneur, I Bake only EGGLESS CAKES, COOKIES, ICECREAMS, FONDAMT CAKES.

Your wish is my CREATION

I want to share about my life, how I came till here. Before 15 years I used to bake only Dry Cakes, which I have learnt in Jaipur City. I used to take classes, in our village there is a lot of power cut, I used to face many difficulties while taking class. With this problem I learnt myself how to bake cake in cooker and baati oven.. with this experience with cooker, started taking classes. And went well.

This 10years experience with Dry cakes how to bake was very good. Now these last 5 years with decorating cakes with cream, and working fondant was fabulous, daily I used to get great challenges from customer, new targets, iam enjoying with my work, and when work become passion never knowed. I LOVE BAKING and its my PASSION. LOVE to take CHALLENGES.

These all is possible only because of my husband Mr.Pankaj Khandelwal. Without his support I cant even think about myself to reach here. My dream will never come true. I LOVE YOU PANKAJ, THANKS for your support.

I am going to share some of my few Cake recipes, which personally my family members liked very much, everyone appreciated and my students they also compared with other recipe and tasted the cake. So I thought of sharing with you all only EGGLESS RECIPIES.

My recipes are not all my recipes. I have copied from many websites,

and tried to keep all at one place,

step by step guide which will help you to follow step by step to make a good Cake. I tried my level best, and which will help you understand easily how to follow. Hope my blog will be very easy to find recipe step by step.

I have proven many members that EGGLESS CAKES are also good, tasty, delicious. I have changed their mind. And hope you all will also stand with me.

Coz, Iam a pure vegetarian, and I found very difficult to search tasty recipes in pure veg. Tried number of varities of recipes at home and finally I thought of sharing with you all. All those recipes which my family members gave me 100% marks to me. TASTE MEIN BEST HAI
