Eggless Pinwheeel Biscuits

         




Ingredients of Chocolate dough:

75 gms Maida
75 gms Butter
55 gms Icing sugar
25 gms Cornflour
1 1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Milk

Method:

Sieve all together ia a bowl, Maida, Icing sugar, Cornflour, Cocoa Powder.

Melt the butter and add into dry ingredients.

Add Vanilla essence, and milk.

Mix throughly and make a dough. rest for half an hour.

Ingredients of plain dough:


75 gms Maida
75 gms Butter
55 gms Icing sugar
25 gms Cornflour
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Milk

Method:

Mix throughly and make a dough. rest for half an hour.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10mins.

Roll Chocolate dough in a round shape, put a side.
next roll plain dough in a round shape.

Now on Chocolate round put plain round on each other up. Now roll slowly make a cone.

cut 1/4th inch thick and arrange in greased tray with 1/2 inch distance.

 Now bake for 20 mins in preheated oven at 180 degree for 20mins.

After 20mins remove from heat let it cool dowm for 5 mins and remove from tray. After complete cool down, store it in a air tight container.
