They don't like to have Nuts, my 5year old son is the same, so I thought of making Almond Cookies for him and decorate with some Chocolate Cream and some sprinkles, so that it will attract them, and Chocolates mouth watering, more what else you need, my son ate 5 to 6 Cookies at a time. Here it is delicious, crispy Gluten Free Eggless Almond Cookies. And iam sure when you prepare at home everyone gonna like this Cookies.
Ingredients:
Ragi (millet) Powder........... 300 g
Baking powder........... 11/2 tsp
Almond powder............. 150 g
Butter.............. 150 g
Sugar powder............... 200 g
Water............. 4 tbsp

Chocolate Cream :
Chopped Chocolate........ 1/2 cup
Butter.......... 1Tbsp
Whipping cream.......... 1 Tbsp
Butter.......... 1Tbsp
Whipping cream.......... 1 Tbsp
Method
- Mix the Ragi and baking powder in a bowl and sieve them. And add almond powder and mix well, keep a side.
- Take a big sized bowl and put butter in it, add Icing sugar into it. Whisk the mixture well.
- Add Ragi mixture and keep on whisking it till it becomes smooth and everything dissolves well into each other.
- Now add water and knead it to make a dough.
- Grease the tray with little butter.
- Take a small portion of the dough, roll it and cut with round cookie cutter and keep it in the tray.

- Prepare more cookies in the same manner and keep them in the tray.
- Pre-heat the oven at 160°c. Put the tray into the oven for 20 minutes at 160°c.
- Now check the cookies that it has turned light brown from the upper surface and dark brown from the corners. This means your cookies are properly baked. But if this is not the case, then bake them for another 5 minutes.
- Take out the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool down.
- Don't be so hurry to remove Cookies from tray. First let it be cool down completely, otherwise you Cookies will crumb into small pieces.
Chocolate Cream method:
- Melt the chopped Chocolate, mix well, now add butter and whipping cream and mix well till it becomes smooth.
- Now pour it in a Piping bag or you can use spoon to pour it on Cookies.

- Eggless Almond Cookies are ready. Serve them to your kids and yourself too. Store the remaining cookies in a air-tight container and eat them whenever you like.
