The best banana bread is made with overly ripe bananas. You can tell bananas are overripe when they turn deep yellow and get brown giraffe spots all over them. Even almost completely black bananas are still good for banana bread. My family can handle eating fresh bananas with just a few spots, but once they start looking like this, I know nobody is going to touch them.
Bananas ripen and darken as the sugars inside of the flesh begin to break down, making the banana sweeter in the process. So the riper the banana you use, the sweeter the banana bread becomes.

This really is one of the easiest baking recipes! You don’t even need a mixer. Just back to basics with a few bowls, a spatula and a whisk. The hardest part is just waiting for it to bake and cool. That smell of a loaf of fresh banana bread is heavenly.
Every time I make this ultra moist banana bread we polish it off in no time. There’s just something so comforting about a loaf of homemade banana bread. 



Ingredients:


1 Mashed Banana
1/2 cup…….Condensed Milk
1/2 cup….yogurt 
1/4 cup…..Butter
1 cup….All purpose flour 
1 tsp..,,Baking powder 
1/2 tsp…..Baking Soda
1 tsp …….Banana Essence or Vanilla Essence 
1 tsp….,,Cinnamon powder 

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degree Celsius for 40 to 45 mins

METHOD FOR EGGLESS BANANA CAKE RECIPE
1. First measure and keep all the ingredients ready.
2. If using walnuts, chop it finely. Then remove the skin of banana and place it in a wide bowl.
3. Mash the banana well with a ladle or with your fingers or grate with grater.
4. Add condensed milk,then whisk it.
5. Now add butter and yogurt to the banana  mixture.
6. Add vanilla essence or banana essence.  sieve all purpose flour directly over the banana mixture.
7. Now sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder over the banana mixture. Whisk everything well till smooth and soft.
8. Add  chopped walnuts
9. Fold the batter gently. Brush a baking tray with butter and dust little flour all over or line it with a butter paper.
10. Transfer the batter to the baking tray, then level it with a ladle / spatula. Shake the pan twice, so that the air bubbles releases. Place the tray in a pre-heated oven and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes at 175 degree Celsius or a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Slice eggless banana bread into pieces and enjoy during tea time.
