Ingredients
Milk powder........... 10 g
Baking powder pinch
All purpose flour............ 200 g
Salt - pinch
Sugar Powder................75 g
Butter...................125 g
Vanilla essence.......... 1/2 tsp

Method
- Sieve, all purpose flour, salt, Baking powder and milk powder. Mix well and keep a side.
- Take a bowl add butter, sugar powder and vanilla essence, cream it.
- Add all purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder, crumble this and mix it well like a dough.
- Take rolling pin roll them like a thin sheet and cut them into chand (crescent) shape using a round cuter and transfer into greased baking tray and bake them into 160°c for 12 to 15 minutes from down until it has come light golden in color.
- Cool them completely, store it a air tight container. Enjoy with your tea time.
Note
Don't add more Milk or water to the dough because the Cookies come hard after Bake.
While rolling the dough it breaks, it is very delicate to work with the dough, but Cookies come very soft and crispy, if you work with the same Consistency dough.
Cookies time depends on oven to oven and the thickness what you make.
If it is thick Cookies it may take more time to Bake. If it think then within 7 to 8 mins it may come out well. So keep watching how your Cookies come out well.
Don't over mix the dough, don't put for long time otherwise it may become gluten.
